Art of Cheese Making

Jeremy Stephenson, head cheese maker and sales contact at the Spring Brook Farm cheese house, received his certification as a cheese maker from the Vermont Institute for Artisan Cheese. Assisted by cheese maker Jessica Dunkel, both are responsible for the production of our Tarentaise style cheese, having been trained by a master cheese maker from France in the production and aging of Tarentaise cheese at the Farm.
